Our new electronic labeling system will enter your ship to address exactly as you have entered it into PayPal so please verify that you have done so correctly before completing your order.
When you are finished filling out the order form simply click the
"Submit" button to proceed to PayPal where you will provide your payment
details and complete your transaction. You will also be able to pay here by credit card without a PayPal account.
Note International Customers: If you are ordering from outside the United States there will be a $3.00 shipping and handling fee charged at the completion of your order. Also note: insurance is not available due to the highly variable and prohibitive cost of insurance charged by international package handlers. We are very sorry for this inconvenience.
